Bidding Made Easy

Online Auction Bidding

The auction is accessible on the Auctria app or online for guests beginning on Saturday, November 15. If you haven’t already, we recommend downloading the app for the best experience. You should have received an access email with your personal access code. Please note that an account is required to bid on online items. Once your account is set up, you’ll receive notifications if you’re outbid or if you win an item. You can also mark your favourites to review later or check on your bids anytime.

Pro Tip #1  – Set it and forget it!

You can set a maximum bid for any item. As others place bids, Auctria will automatically increase your bid in the increments you’ve chosen, up to your set maximum. You’ll receive a notification if another bidder surpasses your maximum bid. Keep in mind that someone else’s maximum bid can still outbid you in the final moments, so be sure to check the bidding history to see if a maximum bid is in play.

Live Auction Paddles

You will receive a pre-assigned bidding paddle upon registration at the event. Your name and bidding number will be on your paddles. This will help us identify bidders, so please raise them high, and often!

Pro Tip #1 – Before the live auction begins, talk to friends about bidding on auction packages together and sharing the cost!

Payment of Auction Items

After the live auction concludes, your statement will be available both by email and at the information table. Registered online bidders can pay directly online, while all item winners are welcome to visit the information table to make payment and collect their items. If you’ve split the cost of an item, please let our staff know so we can adjust the amounts before payment is processed.

NOTE: Title to the auction item/package remains with the QEH Foundation until you have made full payment. Please redeem your auction item/package within the year or allotted time frame indicated out of respect for the prize donors.
